Creator Docs is a subscription-based platform that provides tools for content creators to manage release forms, identity verification documents, cloud storage, and content scheduling. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years.All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain all rights to any content, documents, forms, images, or other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Creator Docs is a tool for organizing and storing documents. It is not a substitute for legal counsel. You should consult with an attorney regarding compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
WE DO NOT VERIFY, AUTHENTICATE, OR VALIDATE THE ACCURACY OF ANY DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION YOU UPLOAD. Any ID verification features are tools for your convenience only. You remain solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and legality of all documents.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOR DOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creator Docs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your account becomes inactive when your subscription expires, is canceled, or otherwise ends and is not renewed. We are not responsible for monitoring inactive accounts or preserving User Content indefinitely.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
When your account becomes inactive, is suspended, or is terminated, your access to some or all of the Service may cease. We will retain your User Content for 30 days after your subscription or account ends, after which we may permanently delete it without further notice. We have no obligation to retain, restore, or recover deleted User Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Docs is not liable for the deletion or loss of User Content associated with an inactive, suspended, or terminated account.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUP COPIES OF YOUR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.While we implement security measures and backup procedures, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.
While your account is active and accessible, you may download your documents and keep local copies. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your User Content before your subscription or account ends or your access to the Service is otherwise suspended or terminated. The 30-day retention period described above does not guarantee continued access to your account or the availability or recoverability of any User Content.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., OnlyFans, Pornhub, ManyVids). We are not responsible for these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service, including its design, features, software, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Creator Docs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
